The API which degrades/decomposes more than 90% using the HME process, the Swalava team was able to process the very Thermolabile API meeting the regulatory requirement of the product.

PROCESSING OF MATERIAL IN HME USING PRESSURISED GAS

SWALAVA team has experience in processing material in HME using pressurized gas Carbon-di-oxide or Nitrogen. This unique process help to reduce the processing temperature and prevent drug degradation. Processing under pressurized gas also helps to improve the milling efficacy of the difficult-to-mill material and achieve a very small particle size.
