Consultation Services

Based on our rich experience in Hot Melt Extrusion or Twin Screw processing, we provide consultation for the following: 

• Development Support : HME based Product / Process Development on your HME equipment at your facility
• Scale up and Technology transfer: We provide Scale-up support for the product developed on the lab scale HME to commercial. This includes scale-up calculation, support during optimization of process on the scale-up equipment and support during exhibit batches. 
• Troubleshooting:  we provide troubleshooting services during development, scale-up and commercial batch manufacturing. This may include and not limited to screw configuration, screw speed, feed rate and barrel temperature set up.
• Increasing Process efficiency:  We provide service for improving the process efficiency by increasing the throughput, reducing the impurity, increase yield
• Handling and responding to HME based regulatory queries 
• Converting Batch-to-continuous Process:  We provide services in converting a batch process to continuous process for HME and Twin screw processor based process (Gravimetric dispensing, continuous blending, continuous milling, continuous post blending & Lubrication).

• Converting conventional batch process to continuous process: We support customer in converting conventional batch or semi-batch process (RMG, FBP, Roller compactor, direct compression) for tablet, capsule, granules, and powders to continuous process.
