Swalava team has more than a decade of experience in Hot Melt Extrusion / Twin-screw Processing technology and can provide scale-up  from lab scale to commercial scale HME (20 – 60 mm) with output ranging from 5 - 200 kg/hr. 

The HME based solution provide solid dispersion for solubility enhancement, taste masking, modified release and other application. The Twin screw processing solution provides continuous manufacturing by melt and wet granulation.
